Artists' Books:over 30 variations on the idea of a book in the hands of 10 artists.

Zea Mays Printmaking is proud to present an exhibition of one-of-a-kind and limited edition artists' books by Mira Bartók, Meredith Broberg, Liz Chalfin,Anita Hunt, Sheryl Jaffe, Abigail Rorer, Amaryllis Siniossoglou, M.R. Truelsen, Alison Williams, and Carrie Wilson. 

The opening reception is Friday, June 13, 6-8 PM.  Zea Mays is located in the Arts and Industry Building, 221 Pine St., Florence, MA 413.584.1783 - The show runs through July 4th.  Viewing hours are Wed.-Fri. 12-5 and by appointment.

This exhibition features a broad range of artists' books - from the playful to the meditative, the serious to the sublime.  Ten artists come from a range of art disciplines to explore the open-ended nature of BOOK. Come to Zea Mays Printmaking and spend some time "reading" a wonderful collection of visual journeys.
