<p>The RAC’s Eisendrath Legislative Assistants are part of a yearlong, post-college fellowship at our office in Washington, D.C. Being an LA at the RAC means getting involved and playing a pivotal role in our work:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading legislative advocacy on a wide portfolio of issues such as immigrant justice, LGBTQ equality, criminal justice reform, and gun violence prevention</li>
<li>Representing the RAC in diverse coalitions and with elected officials on Capitol Hill</li>
<li>Drafting advocacy communications materials and disseminating our message to decision makers, partners, and Reform Jews</li>
<li>Developing innovative social justice programming and educational materials</li>
<li>Planning and running weekend social justice conferences for teens</li>
<li>Working with congregational and grassroots leaders across the Reform Jewish Movement</li>
</ul>
