Tune up your guitars and scour your scribbles! In celebration of Rosh Chodesh
Adar B' (the beginning of the Jewish month of Adar), JSU is holding an Open Mic
in the Merrill Living Room on Saturday, March 5, beginning with an optional
Havdallah service at at 7:30pm. Poets and performers of all kinds are invited!

You don't have to be Jewish to participate, either: the idea is to have a night
of Jewish expression - if you identify as a Jewish artist, great; if you don't,
just present a cover of a piece by a Jewish composer along with your own
original work! Sophia Holtz, Jewish slam poet extraordinaire, will be MC for
the night - get in touch with her if you have any questions about sign-up, etc.

There will be food, drink, song, and maybe even dance! Be in touch with the JSU
signers if you have questions, and SPREAD THE WORD!
