There will be a follow-up discussion for all who went to the lecture by
Rabbi Brian Walt last Thursday night. It will be this Wednesday 3/11 @
8:30 pm in the Spiritual Life Center (top of Donut 5. Use the door with
the wooden ramp that faces Donut 3).

This will be an opportunity for those who attended to talk about their
thoughts and also to talk a little about where we might want to go in
terms of future dialog, programming, etc. on campus.
Please forward this to anyone else you know who may have attended the
lecture, but might not be on the Jewish, SPICI or SJP lists. Thanks.

Shalom/Salaam,

spn

/"The more deeply immersed I became in the thinking of the prophets, the
more powerfully it became clear to me what the lives of the prophets
sought to convey: that morally speaking there is no limit to the concern
one must feel for the suffering of human beings. It also became clear to
me that in regard to cruelties committed in the name of a free society,
some are guilty, all are responsible."/
