So if you don't know who Charles Busch is , make sure you check out
www.charlesbusch.com <http://www.charlesbusch.com>. He won the Sundance
Film Festival Best Performance Award for his movie "Die Mommie Die"
(which had about 40 of us at Hampshire in stitches last week) and
received a special Drama Desk Award for his acting and writing
off-Broadway in shows like Vampire Lesbians of Sodom (one of the longest
running shows in Off-Broadway history), Psycho Beach Party, The Lady in
Question and Theodora She-Bitch of Byzantium! He was also nominated for
a Tony Award for best author for his Broadway smash hit "The Tale of the
Allergist's Wife."

So join us for one or both programs this weekend as we welcome this
fabulous performer to the community! It will be a great weekend for
everyone! And pass this message on to anyone at Hampshire...or
elsewhere...you think might be interested! You don't have to be queer
to have a great time!

Both programs are free of charge. They are sponsored by: Hampshire
College Queer Community Alliance, Office Student Development and
Community Leadership, Women's Center, and Theatre Program; Amherst
College Pride Alliance and Theatre Department; UMass Stonewall Center,

"The more deeply immersed I became in the thinking of the prophets, the
more powerfully it became clear to me what the lives of the prophets
sought to convey: that morally speaking there is no limit to the concern
one must feel for the suffering of human beings. It also became clear to
me that in regard to cruelties committed in the name of a free society,
some are guilty, all are responsible."

-Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel
