Join me today for the first Weekly Jewish Mindfulness Meditation and Chanting Session.
This is a combination of silent mediation and chanting using Jewish texts as the basis for instruction. No knowledge of Hebrew, prayer or meditation necessary. In the Spiritual Life Center, Donut 5, from 3:45 - 4:30.
