Join me every Tuesday for the Weekly Jewish Mindfulness Meditation and Chanting Session.
This is a combination of silent mediation and chanting using Jewish texts as the basis for instruction. No knowledge of Hebrew, prayer or meditation necessary. In the Spiritual Life Center, Donut 5 (use door facing donut 3), from 3:45 - 4:45.

- Sorry to those who came last week to find the doors locked. Something came up at the last minute.

"The more deeply immersed I became in the thinking of the prophets, the
more powerfully it became clear to me what the lives of the prophets
sought to convey: that morally speaking there is no limit to the concern
one must feel for the suffering of human beings. It also became clear to
me that in regard to cruelties committed in the name of a free society,
some are guilty, all are responsible."

-Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel
