Dear Jewish students and friends,

I regret that I have had to resign as the Jewish Advisor to Hampshire College
because of my appointment as Dean of Religious Life at Mount Holyoke College. I
am still very much connected to the Mount Holyoke College/Hampshire College
Spiritual Life partnership, and am advocating on your behalf. I will miss your
smiling faces but hope that we will stay in touch. Please feel free to be in

I am very happy to welcome Rabbi Kevin Hale as the new Jewish Advisor to
Hampshire College.  Rabbi Kevin works as the local, progressive torah scribe.
He is a graduate of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, and lives nearby
in Leeds. Please help me in welcoming him. He will be working in the Spiritual
Life office (2nd floor of Merrill) on Tuesdays.
