Thanks Chris for sending this out! 

Just a couple thoughts: 

 	* Who is facilitating Town Meeting?
 	* Who is taking minutes for Town Meeting?
 	* Let's all arrive at 7:00pm for set-up
 	* Is everyone aware that CoordBoard is debriefing after Town Meeting
at 9:30pm?

Btw, I will email Jim to confirm his attendance at the start of Town
Meeting.
