[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Flyers

Sam K.,
It was specially requested and agreed upon at the December meeting that the
flyers be printed in color and on 11x17 paper. Perhaps you weren't there.
Can you elaborate on why we are supposedly not allowed to print in color?
