[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Town Meeting

Hey Bree,

I am pretty sure that
Quoting Breonna Mabry our stipend proposal was supposed to be done at  
this town meeting.  This is what I was told when we were totally  
snubbed at last town meeting.  My concerns aren't irrelevent or  
misguided because of the lack of timely advertising for town meetings  
along with the fact that the voting never went out for smoking even  
though that meeting was two weeks ago.  It's not that town meeting  
isn't occuring, it's that town meeting is occuring badly.
