I cannot make this meeting at that time as I have class, and I am
completely booked today so I couldn't make this meeting if it were
rescheduled to any other time even if I wanted to. 

Can anyone else make this meeting today? Or failing that take upon
themselves the responsibility to write the brief summary of the HSU's
recent actions that she is requesting.

All,

We have a meeting previously scheduled for today, April 8th in the 
community council room. We will meet today but no students have 
confirmed that they will be present. Can one of you let me know who 
will be there?

If no one can represent student leadership at today's meeting: please 
provide a written version of whatever you would have reported from HSU 
business etc, so that I might share it with the group. And, please let 
me know how I can acquire the key to the Community Council Room.

Please note also that our next meeting is May 9th - please determine in 
advance who can commit to be at that meeting.
