[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] SCROLL DOWN FOR IMPORTANT QUESTION Re: Meeting time/agenda

As it turns out, I can't make the meeting tonight either which means that myself, Brittany, Wesley and Bree won't be at the meeting tonight. Which also means there won't be quorum. 

That being said, I say we cancel tonight's meeting and have our meeting on Saturday afternoon--maybe at 2pm? I know the weekend is inconvenient but we really have to meet before Monday hits. This should be put on Hampedia as an announcement.

--Diana should be emailed that Town Meeting is on Tues. 6pm and that we will give her ten minutes so long as we all (through email) say yes. I know that this is not the most transparent but Diana emailed days ago and we need to give her an answer before the week ends. Once decision is made--should put on Hampedia. So Diana--yes? No?

--Posters must be made and sent to duplications by tonight/early tomorrow so that we can pick up tomorrow before the weekend. I will make a poster. How many copies?

--Jonathan has not replied yet. We should send a reminder email. Can an at-large member do this please and sign from CoordBoard?

--Byron wants to be at town meeting on Tues. He has told me and Brittany this. He wants to hear what Jonathan says and he also wants to do his own forum as Brittany said. Yes? No? we should also decide this over email and then put decision on Hampedia.

--Tavern proposal--ready for Town meeting? Yes? No? Perhaps we can discuss at our make-up meeting.

Final Thoughts: Does Saturday at 2pm work for our make-up meeting?
