[HSU-CoordBoardInternal] Town meeting dates

I did the ERFs this morning:

March 5 is in West Lecture Hall.
March 31 is in FacStaff. East/West wasn't available, and I didn't think
we'd have the turnout to justify MLH. But it's a long way out so we can
change it if we need.

I also contacted media services, as MLH events requier a projectionist and
someone to help with mics if we want them.
I'll do FB and FundCom this afternoon.
