Our guests for this installment are Judy Bornstein 82F and Melissa
Hoffer 84F. The alums bring their insights, students supply the
questions, and we in Alumni and Family Relations and the Creativity
Center provide a delicious repast. <br>
<br>
Judy Bornstein is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer
of American Infrastructure Funds. She has over 15 years of
experience in finance and operation; including service as the CFO of
McCown DeLeeuw & Co., CFO of InterDimensions Corporation (an
Internet consulting and technology company), and Director of
National Operations for SmartRoute Systems. She holds an MBA from
Simmons College.<br>
<br>
Melissa Hoffer is a lawyer specializing in environmental law, and is
currently chief of the Environmental Protection Division for the
Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. She previously served
as Director of the New Hampshire Advocacy Center for the
Conservation Law Foundation. Hoffer also represented detainees held
at Guantánamo and is among the attorneys who contributed powerful
personal narratives to the book <i>The Guantánamo Lawyers</i>. She
