INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:
The Law Office of Kevin Patrick Seaver is a busy, small, friendly law
firm. The Law Office is conveniently located across the street from the
Green Line's Science Park T stop. There is discounted parking on site
available. Practice focus is on Juvenile Law and Family Law. The
internship provides a substantive legal experience. The interns will
assist Attorney Seaver in the critical analyses of documents, accompany
Attorney Seaver to court, assist Attorney Seaver in writing and
reviewing legal memoranda and briefs, visit clients, attend meetings at
medical and residential institutions, and other tasks assigned. The
ideal candidate has strong computer, research, writing, and critical
reading skills. A positive attitude and a high level of integrity are
imperative. Attorney Seaver seeks applicants who are team players and
self starters who can take directions from others.

Internship hours are full days for one or more days per week Monday
through Saturday. Interns
are expected to attend court with Attorney Seaver so starting times can vary
depending on court times and location. Normal hours are from 8:30 to
5:00 pm for the fall, winter, spring and summer. Students applying for
