I'm forwarding another law school message/update.

------

We are pleased to announce two exciting initiatives intended to keep the
cost of legal education manageable.

First, *tuition for students entering in the fall of 2014 will be frozen
at the 2014-2015 rate for the duration of law school*. The 2014-2015
tuition rate has not yet been determined, but should be finalized
sometime in the spring semester. The current schedule of tuition and
fees is available at uakron.edu/law/admissions/tuition.dot
<http://www.uakron.edu/law/admissions/tuition.dot>.

Second, except for a $100 annual surcharge, *the nonresident surcharge
has been eliminated, meaning that non-Ohio residents entering in the
fall of 2014 will pay the same tuition rate as Ohio residents*.

Besides cost, here are some other great reasons to consider Akron for
your legal education:

·Listed among National Jurist Magazine's Best Value Law Schools two
years in a row

·87 percent first-time pass rate on the Ohio bar exam
<http://www.uakron.edu/law/admissions/information/bar.dot> in 2013

·Class of 2012 placement rate
<http://www.uakron.edu/law/career/prospective/ps_employmentst.dot>: 91
percent

·Among the lowest debt at graduation of all U.S. law schools

·More than 150 clinical experiences
<http://www.uakron.edu/law/clinical/index.dot> available to students
each year

·13:1 student to faculty ratio

·Located one block from municipal, county, and state court facilities

There is*never a fee* to apply to Akron Law - no fee
waiver is necessary. Apply online at
