[Hamp-law] Last days to apply for a Law Program Summer Internship Grant!

Are you thinking about a law-related internship this summer? This is the 
last week to apply for the Lester Mazor Memorial Fund summer legal 
internship grants for 2012! Applications are due March 29. The common 
application form can be downloaded at 
http://www.hampshire.edu/corc/20379.htm

The grant of up to $2500 will assist students with the costs of travel, 
housing, meals, and other incidental expenses to enable them to carry 
out internships with law-related organizations in the U.S. or abroad.

Students must have filed Div II in order to be eligible. Students who 
will be transitioning between Div II and III in summer 2012 are also 
eligible. The student's internship must substantially involve 
legislative reform, legal advocacy or legal institutions, and be social 
justice/human rights-oriented. The internship must relate to and inform 
the student's Division II studies. A letter or email from the 
organization must be included with the application, stating the terms of 
the internship and the name of the individual who will supervise and 
evaluate your work.
