Greetings,
I wrote you in December about an intern/fellow opportunity here in Northampton. The response was fabulous. Thank you.
United Republic, our new nonpartisan money in politics advocacy organization is looking for two more talented interns and one paid fellow.
We have offices in Northampton, MA and Washington, DC. We engage in communications, investigations, online and traditional organizing/advocacy, coalition building, and political accountability. We recently launched a hard-hitting anti-corruption news blog at www.republicreport.org
We have 300,000 members ---- the result of a founding merger with Harvard Professor Larry Lessig's Change Congress, and MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan's Get Money Out campaign.
We are seeking volunteer interns and paid fellows to assist with a broad range of programmatic, research and development related work. More information can be found at www.unitedrepublic.org
If you have students who might be interested in this opportunity, please forward them this email, and have them email Hannah Ray at hray at unitedrepublic.org.
I hope you might forward this email to other professors and listservs who could be interested as well. Feel free to email me or Hannah with any questions.
Thanks in advance,
Josh Silver, CEO
