Interested in the Hampshire field course to the international human
rights tribunals at The Hague in May?

Sit in on the trials of Radovan Karadzic and Mladko Radic, visit the
International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court and the
Anne Frank House. Enjoy the cultural offerings of beautiful Amsterdam
and the cosmopolitan bustle and seaside charms of The Hague in mid-spring!

There will be an information session held by GEO at 4:30pm in the
Faculty Lounge, FPH, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, at which you can get
information about the course requirements, itinerary, travel
arrangements, costs and financial aid details.

The tentative dates of the course are May 24 to June 7. A full
description including academic aspects is available at the GEO office,
or on my Hampedia page
<https://hampedia.org/wiki/Flavio_Risech-Ozeguera#May_Term_2012_International_Human_Rights_at_The_Hague.21>.
This is a great experience for those interested in human rights,
transitional justice, war crimes and international relations. No prior
legal studies experience is necessary, though those with some coursework
in any of the above areas will be preferred in the application process.
Open to all Five College students.

Applications are due March 8, deposits for accepted students will be due
March 29. More information from GEO at hampshire.edu or frisech at hampshire.edu.
