Wed Apr 13 13:33:08 EDT 2011
Please join Charles Drew House in our series on the prison industry,
Boxed In: Amherst College Prison Series. We will explore the role that
prisons have in our society and how they affect the lives of many.
Boxed In will feature four nights of discussion; all on Wednesdays in
Pruyne Lecture Hall at Amherst College. This is the time for us to
educate ourselves about this profiting industry: what it is, who it
affects, how it works, and what we can do about it. We hope that you
will be willing to come and share in this experience. It doesn’t
matter your experience, whether you’re new to the issue or consider
yourself a veteran – your presence is wanted!
