The Hampshire College Law Program invites you to a screening of "Witnesses to
the Holocaust: The Trial of Adolf Eichmann" on Wednesday February 25th at 8 pm
in the West Lecture Hall of Franklin Patterson Hall. The film is about 90
minutes in length.
Eichmann, lieutenant-colonel in the Nazi SS and top administrator of the Third
Reich's "Final Solution" for the Jews, was secretly kidnapped in Argentina by
Israeli agents and brought to Jerusalem for trial. He was found guilty and
executed in May 1962. The film, released in 1997, is a documentary compiled
mostly from actual trial footage.
Please join us for this event, part of our Crimes Against Humanity film series.
