Hello everyone. 
       There will be a Law Lunch in Merrill at noon on Thurs., Oct. 18. The 
speaker is Matthias Mahlmann is Assistant Professor of Public Law, Sociology 
of Law and Legal Philosophy at the law faculty of the Free University of 
Berlin. His topic is "Mentalism, post-modern skepticism and the foundations 
of human rights."
