Hey guys!

Thanks for a great meeting last week! The topic had been about ways to refute misconceptions about the queer community and sharing references for friends/families/allies. Below are some great websites that offer resources for understanding things such as what it means to be transgender/non-binary, FAQs about being trans, intersections between personal faiths and being queer, queer experiences in communities of color, etc. These are great starting resources when it comes to introducing these topics to friends or families. Most (if not all) of these organizations were also started by LGBT+ folks!

If anybody has any questions about the websites or want to recommend any others you've found helpful, hit us up in an email or at the next meeting (what we will be doing will be announced soon)!

Go forth and educate some folks, or do some reading up on your own!
