Today is the final deadline for enrollment notification forms for
Hampshire Exchange programs and Field Studies taking place in the Fall!

Here are some interesting opportunities for you all to check out:

**Jerusalem Sounds (semester or year long)**

The Rothberg International School of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
(RIS) and the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance (JAMD) are pleased to
announce Jerusalem Sounds, a new program beginning in the spring of
2011, which combines professional musical training with academic
exposure to Israel's challenging social, historical and cultural
environment. Music majors studying instruments, voice, composition or
conducting who have completed 28 semester credits with a Grade Point
Average (GPA) of 3.0 and above (or its equivalent) are invited to apply.
Applicants will be required to audition and applications will be
reviewed jointly by RIS and JAMD. The application and financial aid
deadline for the spring semester is November 15th while the deadlines
for the fall semester and full year program are April 15th.

While both RIS and JAMD are in Israel, RIS has an office in New York,
and we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. Our website is
http://overseas.huji.ac.il/. Our toll free number is (800) 404-8622 or
you can reach us at (212) 607.8520 or
ugrad at hebrewu.com<mailto:ugrad at hebrewu.com>. The online application can
be found at http://overseas.huji.ac.il/Howtoapply. Please note on the
application that you are applying for Jerusalem Sounds.

**Kosova Journalism Internship**

Here is a Miami University faculty-led study abroad program still
accepting applications for summer 2010. Kosova 2010 is an 8-week
program that begins June 14. It is a great opportunity for undergrad and
graduate students from all disciplines. Students attend classes Monday -
Thursday mornings and work at an online news agency on those afternoons,
under the guidance of Miami Journalism faculty and the editors of
KosovaLive - the highly regarded, independent news organization based in
Pristina.

Students should get in touch with Ed Arnone or Richard Campbell as soon
as possible. We're eager to meet them and answer their questions.
The cost compares very favorably to other summer study abroad programs,
including ones that are shorter.
Details are on the two-page flier and other material on the Kosova 2010
website.

course, forward the information to interested students and faculty.
