Hi everybody,

Here's an Excalibur addition to the likely cascade of student group emails you're getting, because Hampfest.

If you're new, welcome to pizza and movie club! If you're an old fogey, welcome back.

Our first meeting this year is at 8:00 pm tomorrow (Saturday) night in one of the two upper lecture halls in Franklin Patterson Hall.
(I can't remember if we normally meet in West lecture hall or East lecture hall, because cardinal directions are hard. They're right
next to each other, anyway, directly above the main lecture hall. We'll be in one of them.)

We'll be watching Iron Sky!

Two things that i should probably mention:

1) Due to CLA shenanigans, we can't get pizza tomorrow. I know, it's a massive
bummer. Starting next Saturday, however, pizza will resume.

2) In the past, Excalibur has shown a TV series over the course of a semester/year
as an addition to screening movies. (We'd watch one episode a week.) For this upcoming semester,
We're going to try omitting the TV series element and screening just a movie each week. If
it's clear by the end of the semester (hell, or sooner) that showing a TV series really makes
Excalibur function, we can of course start one up again.

And, as a final note: if you have any screening suggestions, please feel free to email me personally
(pto10@hampshire.edu) and I'll add them to our list for consideration :)

I hope to see you tomorrow. Space Nazis and a disappointing lack of pizza and all.

-Piper
