Well, not yet. It's still a bit off. But your faithful deathfest DMs have been working hard, putting their blood, sweat, and tears into making this a great Deathfest. The least you can do is to bring all your friends!

APRIL 12th! 6pm! Death!

What is this thing, you ask?

Well, it's Hampshire's semesterly roleplaying tournament, also Excalibur's biggest event.

Shamelessly stolen from Fonda's writeup (which i stole last semester, too!):

If you've never been, it's easy! (We use an über-simplified D20 system, in case
you were wondering.) We'll teach you how to play. You need only a pencil and a
competitive spirit... ("Creative morality" and a sense of humor help, too.)

There can be only one survivor...but there are dead games, snacks, movie
screenings, board games and more for when you're eliminated, and lots of prizes
will be awarded at the end if you do something impressive. (Some of the
recurring prizes, like the Permanent Resident Award, or the Ultimate Badass
Award, are largely self-explanatory; others, like the Benjamin Scott Hopkins
Award For Creative Morality and the Alexander Holmes Cooley Award for Leadership, have stories behind them.)

Starts at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 12, in FPH. Bring a pencil (and dice if you have them).

Everyone is welcome. You don't even have to be a geek. Of course, if you're on
this mailing list, we already know what you are.

Be a lover and a fighter. We'll see you there.

Andy "this is the first of many emails, muhahaha" Berquist
