[Excalibur] New Signers!

Hello Excalibites,

As you may have noticed, been aware of, or imagined, us signers are  
not long for this world. As is the case, we are looking for new blood  
to take over for excalibur! The how and whens are still being worked  
out, but if you are interested in taking over please either A. Email  
me back expressing interest so we can work out a way to meet and  
inspect you for quality, or B. Take control by force.

There will be a follow up email to those who are interested about the  
hows and whens after we figure out how to go about doing this.
