[Excalibur] New Semester, New Excalibur!

Actually, despite it being a new semester not much has really changed  
about Excalibur.  We will still be providing you with your weekend  
entertainment of sci-fi/fantasy things, starting this Saturday with a  
brand new television series!

This semester we will be watching Carnivale!  Just a heads up for  
those of you planning on showing up and having no prior knowledge of  
the show..the first episode does have an attempted rape (except  
nothing happens, and the girl beats some folks with a crowbar or some  
other heavy, conveniently placed object).  Other then that, if you are  
bothered by the sight of tits and anything with religious undertones  
then Carnivale is not the show for you.  Otherwise...there's magic and  
the Great Depression!

As for the movie, we will be watching Cabin in the Woods!
