[Excalibur] Deathfest DM Tryouts

Hey all you folks out there in the snow-less cold.  We, the DMs of
Deathfest are looking to expand our ranks and replace the dead (on field
study or graduated).

*Think you got what it takes?*
Then you should try out.


*What is DMing you ask?*
DMing (or Dungeon Master-ing) is the organizational and creative role that
requires you to create a number of characters and scenarios with the
purpose of facilitating the running of those said scenarios with the
purpose of killing those said characters.  At least that's what it means
for Deathfest.

*What are the requirements?*
The only *true* requirement to tryout is to have previously participated in
at least one Deathfest event.  Other than that, being a Hampshire student
who is creative and fun doesn't hurt.

*When do these tryouts happen?*
Our first tryout time will be Sunday in the evening.

*How do I tryout?*
To tryout, email David Warshow (diw08 at hampshire.edu).  He will send you a
time and place for the tryout.

*What happens?*
24 hours before your tryout, we will send you prompt.  You will then base a
10-minute one-shot game in the Deathfest style based on that prompt.  You
will not have to make characters, though please note about 5-7 DMs will be
participating as your players.

*What if I'm not here for Jan Term?*
That's a good one.  We'll be playing that by ear.  We're only looking for
2-3 new DMs, so if we find the one's were looking for during Jan Term, we
most like will go with those due to scheduling constraints of having
Deathfest on 3/10.
