[Excalibur] Arisia 2009

Hello there fellow members of Excalibur!

This year, just like (as I have been told) the one before, we are 
granted the opportunity to go to Arisia, a sci-fi
convention in Boston.  It's four days long, Friday through Monday (16th 
- 19th), and like last year, we are
getting a pretty good deal.

FiCom is paying for hotel rooms, gas, and, as we've been told half of 
the admission cost.  The capacity is some
veiled number around 30, so it's all first come, first serve.  We are 
not sure of the amount that people will be paying
as of yet, but those emails will be up and coming soon.

This is just a preliminary email to see who's interested, be sure to 
email me for more information or for an RSVP.
