Hey all!
So, after last weekends wild times in Boston, and a sweet pick up screening by
some awesome members, we return for another Saturday.
This Saturday at 8:00PM in the East Lecture Hall of FPH we shall be showing A
Scanner Darkly, the trippy little rotoscoped number that recently made waves in
theaters and saw an animated Keanue in a futuristic drug conspiracy. Or
something like that, I havn't seen it and I look forward to seeing it with you
all for the first time!
We will also be showing another two episodes of Darkplace, which has come to be
our fun little space filler for the J-term, although I wouldn't be surprised if
it appeared off and on again in Spring when space needs filling. =)
Well, see you all Saturday.
Oh. Also!!!
Does anyone have any figures they would like to see speak on campus? Authors,
actors, game creators, what have you. In Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror, or just geek
culture in general? We are talking famous/semi-famous individuals who are alive
and in the united states.
If you can think of anyone you would like to meet or speak with or hear speak,
send a reply back to this e-mail with those names, and Excalibur will see what
dreams it can make reality!
