[Excalibur] We have a series!! Perhaps a dream!!

Hello Excaliburites!!!

This Saturday marks the second meeting of Excalibur, and as such, the one where
we show a movie... like all of them...

BUT!

It is also when we begin a series! Yes! The series that has been chosen, after a
year and a half of pestering by a group of members, is Twin Peaks. This series,
by David Lynch, is a murder mystery teetering on the edge of reality, with the
strange, absurd, and supernatural all entwined in a sleepy mountain town.

So join us for the start of this amazing look into Lynch in serial form!

The movie to help get this series of the ground is by David Cronenberg and goes
by the name of eXistenZ. I won't name all of the stars in this bad boy, but
suffice to say we get a Jude Law, a William Dafoe, and a pre Doctor Who
Christopher Eccleston.

The movie is a ride on the good old mind phuck roller coaster about virtual
reality and life or death games and such. All good family fun!

So come one and come all, and drag anyone you see walking the wrong way to the
East Lecture Hall at 8:00PM for this event!!

Monday, so that you all get a heads up, at 8:30 in the dining commons is
Hampfest, when all the clubs show-off and gather members and stuff.

P.S. Oh yes! Do not forget that tomorrow, Friday the 15th, is Modern Myths
Birthday celebration! The party starts at 6:30pm! A 5:40pm bus runs from here
to NoHo that may be a good transport for all attendees!
