Another Disney movie that Disney wants to forget about

Dorothy is sent away for shock treatments because no
one believes in her trip to Oz. Somehow she is
transported back to Oz and teams up with a talking
chicken, a wind-up soldier, and pumpkinhead to fight
an evil witch who keeps a collection of severed heads
which she wears and changes like we wear and change
clothes. This movie scared the crap out of a lot of
