[Excalibur] Screening 9-13-03

Howdy.

We here at Excalibur are about to hold our second screening of the semester. 
It'll be in the East Lecture Hall of FPH. It will start at 8 o' clock.

CLONES!  You got it! The first movie of the evening with be that ever so 
controversial (get ready for it, its a mouthful) STAR WARS: Episode II - Attack 
of the Clones. It got Jedi! It got Fetts! It got love scenes of questionable 
quality! All kidding aside, I think this is a dang fine flick, and maybe worth 
a second viewing for all you naysayers out there.

SWEIIAOTC will end around 10:30, at which point we'll begin out next film, 
the wonderful Who Framed Roger Rabbit (no, there is no "?") This film was a 
pioneer in visual effects, while making for an unprecedented and probably never-
to-be-repeated instance of corporate cooperation. This movie has cartoons from 
WB, Disney, Fleischer Studios, and a few more besides. Admit it, it's been too 
long since you've seen this one. And if you haven't yet, what the devil are you 
waiting for?

Sorry this was so late, we just got access to list administration so we could 
add all you wonderful new folks. And if any of you older folks want off the 
list for some reason (graduated? blinding, unreasoning hatred?), you can email 
me personally or do it from the hampshire lists website. What, you thought I'd 
give you a link? I'm not gonna make it THAT easy for ya.

Anyway, tell your friends, and we hope to see you there. If you have any 
suggestion for future showings bring them up before/after the screening or via
