Because the Matrix movies are, for better or worse, drawing to a close this 
week, we thought it would be appropriate to screen the ANIMATRIX at
8:00! 
This series of nine short films inspired by the Matrix movies incorporates CG 
and cel animation, drawing heavily from anime style and in many cases produced 
by Japanese animation studios.

BAD TASTE. Thise is the debut feature of Lord of the Rings director Peter 
Jackson,  which he also happens to co-star in. Apparently aliens have landed, 
and they want to grind us up for hamburger. A group of  young fellows must stop 
them by any means necessary. This movie is supposed to be hilariously gory, but 
gory it remains, so those with weak stomachs may want to look elsewhere or 
bring their own vomit bags.
