Ok, we're back on track. 8 o'clock. Ash Auditorium. Friday night.

We might have scared some people away with our recent screenings, but this
should bring you back. We are, after all, only showing two of the greatest
animated films in recent memory.

No.1= Lilo and Stitch. One of the Disney animation division's most atypical and
vibrant feature length animated movies. An alien genetic experiment crash-lands
on Earth and befriends a young girl from Hawaii. This film is colorful, funny,
and doesn't insult your intelligence. If you are afraid of the "cloying Disney
songs" problem inherent with their other movies, have no fear: this movie
features almost exclusively Elvis.

No.2 (starting about 9:30) The Iron Giant. Straight up one of the best movies
I've ever seen, animated or no. An alien robot crash-lands on Earth and
befriends a young boy from Maine. Heartfelt without being saccharine, and chock
full of authentic Movie Magic (tm).

oh, and if you need any more incentive, these are both pretty short movies, so
we'll even be getting you home early.

Also, be on the lookout. Deathfest is on the horizon.
