[Excalibur] InternetSeer- Account Set Up

I'd like to be the first to say that clicking that link is an incredibly 
BAD idea.
It will almost certain sign up the excalibur mailing list for more spam.

Speaking of which, is there any way we could get rid of the spam?  Possibly 
by having it so that the only people who can send mail via Excalibur are 
the people actually on the list?
