Hi all,
Many of you may already be familiar with Living Routes - a study abroad
organization that runs programs on sustainability based in ecovillages
around the world. Anyway - they run a Jan term trip to Mexico which focuses
on permaculture and consensus decision making. 2 of the faculty from that
program will be here October 9-11 (see email below), so I wanted to see if
anyone was interested in inviting them to a class or organizing an informal
gathering of students interested in learning more.
Let me know and I can help set it up...
Vanessa

Hi Carol, John and Vanessa!
Hope you're all well---wanted to let you know that Giovanni and
Kathleen who run the MExico Jterm are planning to be in the area in
October and I thought it might be a great excuse to get a chance for
you to meet them and learn more about the Service Learning and
Consensus Decision Making course we offer down there. They would be
happy to visit classes, give a PP presentation or an informal talk,
or visit a student group (maybe the business coops or envirnomental
or latin american studies...). Let me know if you have any ideas!
I look forward to hearing from you---
best, Gregg
