Students possibly interested in doing science internships for summer
'04 research through the National Science Foundation (NSF) REU
(Research Experience for Undergraduates) program: I am just starting
to receive notices now for February/March deadlines. I will be
posting these outside my door, but you can also find them on the NSF
website at www.nsf.gov (follow education pathway).
REUs are very prestigious, sizable grants with excellent people - for
Division III and II. Many Hampshire students have gotten them. They
are in all science disciplines.
