The slides for a version of my quantum computing tutorial are at:
http://hampshire.edu/lspector/GECCO-2003-Tutorial.htm
I'm not sure that they'll make sense without explanation though --
the part most relevant to the news story is the part about the
"photon-triggered bomb," though actually I'm pretty sure that that
WON'T make much sense without explanation. I do, however, explain the
same stuff in the first couple of chapters of my book, Automatic
Quantum Computer Programming: A Genetic Programming Approach (http://
hampshire.edu/lspector/aqcp/). The Hampshire library has a copy, but
if it's checked out then I can send an electronic copy of the
relevant chapters.
