Community Partnerships for Social Change (CPSC) and Critical
Studies of Childhood, Youth and Learning (CYL) are
co-sponsoring a training NEXT WEEK entitled <b>"Community
Engagement: Putting Theory Into Practice."</b> It will be
facilitated by the fabulous trainer Lori Lobenstein from the
Design Studio for Social Intervention in Boston, MA. <br>
<br>
The workshop will be held on on <b>March 7 from 6:30 to
8:30pm </b>and is relevant to any student who is doing
community engaged learning. We will touch on issues of power
and privilege, reflection, navigating courageous
conversations, and engage in discussion as well as role play
and skits. A flyer is also attached.<br>
