An excerpt from "Men's Manifesto," by Ben Atherton-Zeman (February, 2001):

"We will be our own role models, and the role models for other men and
boys. Rejecting some of traditional masculinity, we will embrace what
is useful to us and sometimes create new definitions of what it means
to be a man."
