[Coca] Meeting with Pub Safety: Update

So, I went and talked to Pub Safety on Thursday, and they said they have an open
house on Tuesday evening from 7-9 PM. They said they'd get back to me on Friday
(Karen said this to me) with times that are better for them, but I didn't hear
anything. So I'm going to talk to them on Monday. Should I:

A) Ask Ray and Karen to come in Tuesday, Sept. 30?
B) Ask them to meet at another time between this Tuesday and the 30th? (During
the week, if you're worried about time or something)
C) Ask them to give us several possible meeting times and then we can choose one
that works for us?
