[Coca] regarding spring funding

Hey everyone,

Happy New Year and I hope you all had a great break!  It's that time of year to
go through funding proposals.  This semester, things have changed a bit as you
all know and groups were required to submit funding proposals for events with
their general funding requests.  COCA will review the 90 event proposals this
Friday with Joseph, the FiCom chair from 9am-4pm.  Please let me know tomorrow
if you can be there on Friday.  Food should be provided!  Look forward to
seeing all of you again.
