Hey everyone,

Happy New Year and I hope you all had a great break!  It's that time of year to
go through funding proposals.  This semester, things have changed a bit as you
all know and groups were required to submit funding proposals for events with
their general funding requests.  COCA will review the 90 event proposals this
Friday with Joseph, the FiCom chair from 9am-4pm.  Please let me know tomorrow
if you can be there on Friday.  Food should be provided!  Look forward to
seeing all of you again.

Welcome back,
   I'll be there, but my involvement with COCA is looking more and more limited
for the Spring (Div III & reqs). Everyone needs to be advised that Shane and I
will be relying on non-Div III students to be prepared to learn how to manage
aspects of COCA in the Spring so that others can take over in the fall.
   We also have a serious problem with the budget. I spoke with Andrea Godshalk
today and found out that we are currently -$4,143.67 for #777 and -$3,806.88
for #611, which means there's a LOT of people who haven't been paid. So far as
I know HALA, Dj Neil Fleishman, Team Robspierre, and Cora Johnston have not
been paid/reimbursed due to insufficient funds. I just told Andrea to assume
that 611 is where we're drawing funds from, so we need $3,806.88 + $4,968.57
ASAP. At this point I cannot precisely account for those figures but am
assuming it counts all known expenses + Neil and Cora whose forms have not gone
through and bounced back to our box. Suggestions?

Hey,

When is a good time for everyone to meet to go over event budget requests in the
next few days?  It shouldn't take more than a couple hours but it would be great
to get it out of the way before classes start up again.

so let's plan on meeting in the apl conference room tomorrow at 6pm to do spring
funding.  Shouldn't take more than a couple hours.  Everyone is welcome to come,
we'll be going through the 90 or so event proposals.  If one of the signers
could get the key that would be great.  Also, is there any way for us to get a
projector?

Awesome, great timing for me. Shane and I will be getting the key to unlock the
room. Can't speak for others, but I'll be free for many hours to go over
everything. I'm not sure how to deal with projectors, but if no one else does
and you let me know ahead of time I can bring a large computer monitor to hook
