[Coca] meeting notes and other business

Good Afternoon everyone,

    Josiah and Stephen have been made aware of our account being balanced (in
good time...we hope).  Wes and Ben have been added to the COCA list (Welcome,
fellas!).  And the updated information concerning the Outdoor Festival has been
received; they will be addressed and funded accordingly at Thursday's meeting.
    If any of you folks have any other questions, comments, or suggestions, let
me or Jay know at any time.
