Also, I won't be at this week's meeting (out of town till Sunday). Just a head's
up. Someone please volunteer to take notes for that meeting.

In the interim between last weeks meeting, we received an updated proposal from
Marissa for the Outdoor Festival. (It's up on Hampedia under the meeting notes
as well.) The expenses we asked them to clarify were adequately explained so I
think the event should be approved as is. The transfer of funds should get
processed at Thursday's meeting then, unless anyone objects.

Shane: Contact Stephen Pereira and Josiah Litant to let them know that there
will be money in our account soon to cover the unpaid Halloween expenses.

Can anyone tell me how to add people to this email list? We need to add Ben
Nazarro and Wes Ringel.
