[Coca] The Fall (please read in its entirety)

I definitely agree with everyone. Having more definitive roles will definitely
make things seem more manageable. First things first, when do we want to get
together to decide on group funding for events? I think FiCom is meeting a
couple days early but I could be wrong, I do know that forms are due Aug 26th
and groups expect to hear back early September so that they can get going on
