    Hello Josiah,

    We have one final name to put on the Vendor/Performance List: Delivery
Express  will be bringing food for the Bands/DJs at 8:30PM (so that the food
will be fresh for the performers as soon as they start).  The PO for this is
being processed right now/tomorrow morning (all signatures have been acquired;
all we have to do is bring the form to Stephen and/or Mickey at Blair Hall).

    It's imperative that whoever the driver is from Delivery Express is allowed
through/put on the "other" Guest List...otherwise the performers won't be able
to get food from us (we have no other contingency plan...eek...); plus it's in
the contracts that we supply the bands with food.

    We are hoping that this isn't a problem...we can talk about it further
tomorrow morning when we meet at 9:30, I'm sure.
